Imagin that there are enterprises in Spain or other countries that are waiting for IBM Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony to be released / deployed.
These enterprises have no experience with Sametime.

Could you please make us a response for these three "simple" questions?

1) Will be IBM Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony like Sametime Advanced plus truly telephony integration?
2) Will be finally IBM Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony released in 2008 or will be in 2009?
3) Imagine one firma deploys now IBM Lotus Sametime Advanced version. Could this product be later upgraded to the Sametime Unified Telephony version?

I only find this interesting link for deploying in a Power System platform.
